An analysis of data released by the Alberta government shows that auto insurance companies operating in the province continue to reap significant windfalls to the tune of $1.1 billion in pre-tax profits in 2021.
Calgary, AB: A new poll commissioned by FAIR Alberta and conducted by Janet Brown Opinion Research shows Albertans prefer to stick with the current “at-fault” system for auto insurance rather than move to a “no-fault” system as proposed by a Government of Alberta panel last year.
